Fashion events and parties, what's better?

A pretty busy week has just finished. It was full of events and very interesting meetings, so I decided to publish a post a bit different from usual enclosing all that I enjoyed in these amazing days.

Si è appena conclusa una settimana piuttosto impegnativa. E' stata ricca di eventi e di incontri molto interessanti, così ho deciso di pubblicare un post un po’ diverso dal solito che racchiudesse tutto ciò che ho vissuto in questi fantastici giorni.

To start I was invited, concerning the Cool Hunter Italy project, to the fashion show of some emerging fashion designers (Andrea Cremona, Arianna Moselli, Carmentea Tsaparopulos, Massiel Mesa Fornaris and Mara Petrarchin) and of two special guests, I'n'G and Mentine Milano, which took place on Wednesday, June 9th at Old Fashion Café in Milan. In this occasion I could meet other fashion bloggers. In the picture you see me with Nicoletta of The Scent of Obsession and with Irene of Irene's Closet, but I also had the pleasure to know Valentina of Factory Style, Cécile of L’Armadio del Delitto, Chiara of Loving Chiaradeanna and Micol of Feed Your Style.

Per iniziare sono stata invitata, nell’ambito del progetto Cool Hunter Italy, alla sfilata di alcuni fashion designer emergenti (Andrea Cremona, Arianna Moselli, Carmentea Tsaparopulos, Massiel Mesa Fornaris e Mara Petrarchin) e di due special guests, I’n’G e Mentine Milano, che si è tenuta mercoledì 9 giugno all’Old Fashion Café di Milano. In questa occasione ho potuto conoscere altre fashion bloggers. Nella foto mi vedete insieme a Nicoletta di The Scent of Obsession e ad Irene di Irene’s Closet ma ho avuto anche il piacere di conoscere Valentina di Factory Style, Cécile de L’Armadio del Delitto, Chiara di Loving Chiaradeanna e Micol di Feed your Style.

Saturday I spent the whole day at the first European edition of FashionCamp, that took place at The Hub area in Milan. At this unconference I had the chance to present my blog both to insiders and fashion lovers. It was a very interesting experience and I could meet again other friends and fashion bloggers like Sara, Chiara Del Ben of GirlPower and Francesca of Bibi in Wonderland. For this occasion I finally decided to wear my top with swallows and my Miu Miu clogs that, believe me, they’re really comfortable! At the end of the works, me and Demetra of Pigchic went to a glamourous Sex and the City happy hour. After a glass of Cointreaupolitan and several nighiri I ran to home to rest up for the next day event.

Sabato ho poi trascorso l’intera giornata alla prima edizione europea del FashionCamp che si è tenuta allo spazio The Hub a Milano. In occasione di questa unconference ho potuto presentare il mio blog ad un pubblico di addetti al settore e semplici appassionati. E’ stata un’esperienza davvero interessante e anche in questo caso ho potuto incontrare amiche ed altre fashion bloggers come Sara, Chiara Dal Ben di GirlPower e Francesca di Bibi in Wonderland. Per l’occasione ho finalmente deciso di indossare il mio top con le rondini e i miei clogs di Miu Miu che, credetemi, sono davvero comodi! Terminati i lavori, io e Demetra di Pigchic ci siamo recati ad un aperitivo in stile Sex and the City molto glamour. Dopo un bicchiere di Cointreaupolitan e svariati nighiri sono scappata a casa a riposarmi per l’evento del giorno successivo.

And finally here are some pics of Sunday, June 13th at Lotvs in Milan, where filed off the four winners of the Italian Next Fashion Talent contest, launched by FashionCamp in collaboration with Progetto BACKSTAGE. On the catwalk the creations of Silvia Pizzoli, winner in the Eco-Glam category, Cornelia Anghelescu, for the evening look, Carolina Montoya Galan, for the ready-to-wear and Silvia Clemente winner in the streetwear category. We also could appreciate the creations of Ilaria Facci and her brand Falsoo.

Ed infine ecco alcune foto della serata di domenica 13 Giugno al Lotvs di Milano, dove hanno sfilato i quattro vincitori del concorso Italian Next Fashion Talent, lanciato da FashionCamp in collaborazione con Progetto BACKSTAGE. Sulla passerella si sono susseguite le creazioni di Silvia Pizzoli, vincitrice nella categoria Eco-Glam, Cornelia Anghelescu, per la categoria sera, Carolina Galan Montoya, per il pret-à-porter e Silvia Clemente vincitrice nella categoria streetwear. Abbiamo potuto apprezzare anche le creazioni di Ilaria Facci e del suo marchio Falsoo.

Before coming back home I certainly could not waste the opportunity to take some pictures at night with Manuela. Some particular light, a yard and a bicycle inspired these shots I particularly love!

Prima di tornare a casa non potevo certo sprecare l’occasione di scattare qualche foto in notturna insieme a Manuela. Qualche luce particolare, un cantiere ed una bicicletta ci hanno ispirato questi scatti che amo in modo particore.
