Rummaging through the flea looking for something special

Last Sunday, with my boyfriend, Manuela and Mirko, we went to Navigli flea market in Milan, which I suggest you to visit. Aided by a beautiful sunny day and an atmosphere a bit bohemian, we had a really enjoyable moments. As I already mentioned in the title of this post, I love walking along Navigli, rummaging through the flea looking for something special. I was interested in buying a pocket watch, which unfortunately I could not find, but I guarantee that there were some really interesting pieces. Then we stopped for lunch in a typical local restaurant and we enjoyed the traditional cotoletta alla milanese with a glass of good wine, then we took advantage to take some pictures.

In this outfit, quite simple and comfortable as we had to walk a bit to visit all stalls, I wear a pair of changing brown leggings, a vintage t-shirt and the new Zara jacket that I adore. Then I decided to combine my Chloé boots, as you know, I was able to find some time ago for half price and I have to say they are really confortable, and a Dior sand-colored bag with a not so usual shape.

Domenica scorsa, insieme al mio fidanzato, a Manuela e a Mirko, ci siamo recati al Mercatino dei Navigli a Milano, che vi consiglio di visitare assolutamente. Complice una bellissima giornata di sole ed un’atmosfera un po’ bohemienne, abbiamo trascorso dei momenti davvero piacevoli. Come vi ho già anticipato nel titolo di questo post, amo passeggiare lungo i Navigli, rovistando tra le anticaglie in cerca di qualcosa di speciale. Io ero interessata ad acquistare un orologio da tasca che, sfortunatamente, non sono riuscita a trovare, ma vi garantisco che c’erano dei pezzi davvero interessanti. Ci siamo poi fermati a pranzo in un tipico ristorantino della zona ed abbiamo gustato la tradizionale cotoletta alla milanese con un buon bicchiere di vino, poi ne abbiamo approfittato per scattare qualche foto.

In questo outfit, abbastanza semplice e confortevole, dato che abbiamo dovuto camminare un po’ per curiosare in tutte le bancarelle, indosso un paio di leggings marrone cangiante, una t-shirt vintage e la nuova giacca di Zara che io adoro. Ho poi deciso di abbinare i miei stivali di Chloé che, come sapete già, ero riuscita a trovare qualche tempo fa a metà prezzo e devo dire che sono davvero comodi, ed una borsa di Dior color sabbia dalla forma un po’ diversa dal solito.

I love laundromats and it’s a while that I think to make some shots of this kind. Unfortunately, in Italy this practice isn’t so developed and, consequently, there aren’t many of these places, but I've discovered a fun one, also for the colors of the walls. And how you can pass the time while you’re waiting the washing machine ending? Reading the latest issue of Vogue, of course! As you noticed, in this outfit I wear the Chloé boots that I’ve recently discovered on sale...a real luck!

I have to thank the hypeed.com team, a new generation’s fashion magazine, which some time ago contacted me to invite me to participate in the release of their first number. Amo le lavanderie a gettoni e da diverso tempo avevo in mente di realizzare qualche scatto di questo genere. Purtroppo in Italia questa pratica non è così sviluppata e, di conseguenza, non ce ne sono molte, ma io ne ho scovata una divertente anche per i colori dei muri. E come si può ingannare l’attesa mentre si aspetta che la lavatrice finisca? Leggendo l’ultimo numero di Vogue, naturalmente! Come avrete notato, in questo outfit indosso gli stivali di Chloé che ho scovato recentemente in saldo…una vera fortuna!
