Today A Bit Of Fashion is one year old and I thought to celebrate it with this video in which I wanted to go over the best moments of this first great milestone reached by my blog. I have to thank Manuela, who is able to transform my passion for fashion in wonderful pics and, of course, all of you who constantly follow me and support me with your comments, e-mails and advice. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.
Oggi A Bit Of Fashion compie un anno e ho pensato di festeggiarlo con questo video in cui ho voluto ripercorrere i migliori momenti di questa prima importante tappa raggiunta dal mio blog. Devo ringraziare Manuela, che riesce a trasformare in stupende immagini la mia grande passione per la moda e, ovviamente, tutti voi che mi seguite costantemente e mi supportate con i vostri commenti, e-mail e consigli. Un grazie dal profondo del mio cuore.

Finally we succeeded in realizing one of my dreams: take some pics and make a short video in a supermarket, using as a definitely pop background the multitude of colored goods displayed on the shelves. As you know, you can not make video or take photos within a GDO’s store, so Manuela and I had to organize ourselves in a different way from usual. We left home the camera, that it certainly would catch the eye and we opted to use my Iphone. We risked a lot, both the expulsion by the security and the confiscation of the whole shot material and the possibility of not having an acceptable final result. For this reason, we apologize for the not so excellent quality of the photos and the video a bit 'rough but I hope you enjoy this idea too!
Also my look helped to attract stunned and suspicious looks (have you noticed the grandma in the last pic?) but, come on, it takes a little 'courage at times! I chose to wear the H&M lace shorts with a basic black tank top, my beloved Chanel 2.55 bag and I thought I’d bring something even more insane with the Louboutin leopard ankle boots and the Borsalino black hat.

Finalmente siamo riuscite a realizzare uno dei miei sogni: fare qualche scatto e un breve video all’interno di un supermercato, sfruttando come background decisamente pop la moltitudine di merci colorate esposte sugli scaffali. Come sapete, non si può fare foto o riprese all’interno di un punto vendita della GDO, così io e Manuela abbiamo dovuto organizzarci in modo diverso dal solito. Abbiamo lasciato a casa la macchina fotografica che avrebbe dato sicuramente nell’occhio e abbiamo optato per l’utilizzo del mio Iphone. Abbiamo rischiato molto, sia l’espulsione da parte della sicurezza ed il relativo sequestro di tutto il materiale girato, sia l'eventualità di non avere un accettabile risultato finale. Per questo motivo ci scusiamo per la qualità non eccelsa delle foto e per il video un po’ mosso ma, spero, possiate apprezzare ugualmente questa idea!
Anche il mio look contribuiva ad attirare sguardi allibiti e sospetti (avete notato la nonnina nell’ultima foto?) ma, suvvia, ci vuole un po’ di coraggio a volte! Ho scelto di indossare gli shorts in pizzo di H&M con una canotta nera basica, la mia adorata 2.55 di Chanel e ho pensato di dare un tocco ancora più folle con gli ankle boots leopardati di Louboutin ed il Borsalino nero.

First of all I have to thank Maria who gave me the chance to make this video interview for Chicisimo, a fashion community to which I belong. This video production was the excuse to take some photos of the backstage, means an ordinary crazy working day with Manuela, my photographer: pc, notes, calls, photos, books but, above all, a great harmony and collaboration with a pinch of madness, attested by my heart shaped glasses! Then, have you noticed my new business cards? What do you think about, you like them?
As you know I love high heels but when I saw these absolutely flat Dior sandals I could not resist, they are a real gem. For this occasion I also decided to wear the latest t-shirt model designed with Manuela, an ironic slogan tee declaring "I am a fashion blogger...follow me", enhanced by the print of a pair of red stilettos and by a row of studs around the neck. Innazitutto devo ringraziare Maria che mi ha dato l’opportunità di realizzare questa video intervista per Chicisimo, una fashion community di cui faccio parte. Mi scuso per i miei errori e per la mia pronuncia ma, come dico sempre, anche attraverso questi progetti, cerco e spero di miglirare il mio inglese. La realizzazione di questo video è stato poi il pretesto per scattare alcune foto di backstage, ovvero di un pazzo ordinario giorno di lavoro insieme a Manuela, la mia fotografa: pc, appunti, telefonate, foto, libri ma soprattutto tanta sintonia e collaborazione con un pizzico di pazzia, come dimostrano i miei occhiali a forma di cuore! Avete poi notato i miei nuovi biglietti da visita? Cosa ne pensate, vi piacciono?
Come sapete adoro i tacchi alti ma quando ho visto questi sandali assolutamente flat di Dior non ho saputo resistere, sono un vero e proprio gioiello. Per l’occasione ho deciso di indossare anche l’ultimo modello di t-shirt ideato proprio insieme a Manuela, una ironica slogan tee che dichiara “I am a fashion blogger…follow me”, impreziosita dalla stampa di un paio di stiletti rossi e da una fila di borchie intorno al collo. Here it is my first video contribution of which I am very satisfied and proud. Not only because it is a subject very dear to me, the bag as a cult object for a woman, but also because those who carried out did a great job. Ecco a voi il mio primo contributo video del quale sono molto soddisfatta ed orgogliosa. Non solo perché tratta di un argomento a me molto caro, la borsa come oggetto di culto per una donna, ma anche perché chi l’ha realizzato ha fatto davvero un ottimo lavoro.
